Composite Restorations : White
(metal-free) fillings are an alternative
to silver (mercury - amalgam) fillings.
They are made of a strong composite
resin that is matched to the surrounding
tooth color. In the past, white fillings
were placed only on front teeth, but a
stronger, more durable material has been
developed that can withstand the chewing
pressure of back teeth.
Porcelain Crowns/Bridge : Dental crowns
can be made from metal (gold or other
metal alloy, ceramic materials (such as
porcelain) or a combination of both. You
should rely on your dentist’s judgment
and advice as to which of these types of
crowns would be most appropriate for
your situation. Crowns usually require
two appointments. The first appointment
is to prepare the tooth, take
impressions, and fabricate a temporary crown. The second appointment is to place the
permanent crown. All crowns are made in
the USA.
Dental Implants : Restore single tooth
loss or multiple teeth loss. Dental
implants are a 2-step process, the first
is with an Oral Surgeon who will place
the metal fixture, the second being the
implant crown, which is place by one of
our dentists.
Veneers : Wafer-thin shell of porcelain
that is bonded onto the front side of
teeth can be an excellent cosmetic
solution for teeth that are stained,
chipped, or slightly misaligned. Veneers
can dramatically change your appearance
and help build confidence in your
smile.
Teeth Whitening : Nite White ACP 22% tooth whitening gel. A tooth impression is taken and the whitening tray is fabricated. After the whitening tray is properly fitted, our patients are given a bleaching kit with instructions for home use.
